Home care beds: manual and electric models for the home
Five beds from the PRIME care range suit a bedroom, from a two-function manual bed to a three-function electric bed, plus the RESTIVA Titan mattress as the companion surface. All are supplied new with delivery and assembly.
CareLuxe 3-Function Bed (MLP-21)
Three-function care bed with wooden-finish head and footboards, made for long-term and home care. Platform 2000 × 900 mm with a height range of 360–710 mm, so the bed sits low at rest and rises for care.
Three-Function Side-Rail Bed (MLP-03)
Three positioning functions with full-length side rails, silent braked castors and removable ABS head and foot panels on a 200 × 90 cm platform, 71 cm high. Options include a backup battery and under-bed lighting.
Three-Function PRIME care Bed (MLP-02)
Electric hospital bed for home use with three functions on a 200 × 90 × 78 cm frame, silent braked castors, removable ABS panels and a stainless steel IV pole. A backup battery, bed extension and central braking are available as options.
Two-Function Manual Bed (MLP-31)
Manual bed with two crank-operated functions, backrest to 75° and leg-rest to 50°, with IV pole, urine bag holder and removable ABS panels. 210 × 95 cm, 53 cm high, with no power connection needed.
2-Function Manual Bed with Integrated Toilet (MLP-32)
Two-function manual bed with an integrated toilet opening operated by a manual crank, for reduced-mobility and long-stay use at home. Frame 2100 × 950 × 530 mm, no power connection needed, delivered with assembly.
Restiva Titan Pressure-Care Mattress (RESTIVA TITAN)
Pressure-redistribution mattress with a honeycomb top layer for airflow, gel pads and a high-density foam base, in 190 × 90 × 10 cm, 190 × 90 × 14 cm and 200 × 90 × 14 cm to match the bed.
What matters in a medical bed for home: functions and side rails
Two things decide most home purchases. The first is how the bed moves: a manual bed such as the MLP-31 is adjusted by crank and needs no socket; an electric hospital bed for home use such as the MLP-02 or the CareLuxe MLP-21 moves on a handset, and the CareLuxe lowers to 360 mm and rises to 710 mm. The second is side rails: the MLP-03 comes with full-length rails, and other models can be specified with the rail type the family prefers. Tell us who will use the bed and how the room is laid out, and we will suggest the model; we describe products, not treatment.
Mattress, delivery and installation at home
A hospital bed for home is delivered with a mattress sized to its platform; the RESTIVA range is made in the standard 90 cm width, and the Titan is available in 10 cm and 14 cm thicknesses. Delivery includes assembly and positioning in the room, plus a handover covering operation, cleaning and routine checks, so the family is not left with a box and a manual. Standard configurations from stock ship within 2–3 weeks. Because the beds are built in Madinah and Badr City rather than imported, we deliver across Saudi Arabia from the Saudi factory and across Egypt from the Egyptian one.
After-sales: warranty and spare parts for a home care bed
Every bed is new and covered by the same warranty we give hospitals: two years on the structure and mechanism and one year on electrical components and actuators, against manufacturing defects in normal use. Warranty work is carried out by our own service teams in Saudi Arabia and Egypt, not by a third party. Spare parts are held locally and remain available for at least ten years after a model is discontinued, so a bed bought today can be maintained for the length of the care it was bought for.

The price of a medical bed for home depends on whether it is manual or electric and how many functions it has, on the side rails and options fitted, on the mattress chosen, on the delivery city and whether installation is included, and on the warranty and service package. Yes. There is no minimum order; we supply single units to families and clinics as well as full hospital projects. Every bed is new, made in our own factories, and sold direct from the manufacturer with delivery and assembly. Send us the model and your city and we quote in writing.
Manual or electric hospital bed for home use?
A manual bed such as the MLP-31 or MLP-32 is adjusted by crank by whoever is helping and needs no power socket. An electric bed such as the MLP-02 or CareLuxe MLP-21 lets the person in the bed adjust the backrest and leg-rest on a handset, and the CareLuxe also changes height between 360 and 710 mm. The choice depends on who will operate the bed and how often; we are glad to talk it through before you order.
Does the medical bed for home come with side rails?
The MLP-03 is supplied with full-length side rails. On other PRIME care models the side-rail type is specified at order, along with upholstery colour, castor size and mattress. Tell us your preference and we confirm exactly what is fitted before the bed ships.
Which mattress goes with a home care bed?
For the home we usually quote the Restiva Titan or the Restiva Flux, depending on the bed and the family's requirements: the Titan with gel pads and an airflow layer in 10 cm or 14 cm, the Flux in high-density elastic foam. Both are made 90 cm wide in 190 or 200 cm lengths; we match the size to the bed you choose and deliver them together.
Do you deliver and install a hospital bed at home in Saudi Arabia and Egypt?
Yes. Saudi deliveries come from the Madinah factory and Egyptian deliveries from Badr City. Delivery includes assembly, positioning in the room and a handover session covering operation, cleaning and routine checks. Standard configurations from stock ship within 2–3 weeks, and we confirm a firm date in writing with the quotation.
