We don't publish fixed prices, because the price depends on the model, the options fitted (for example a backup battery or CPR system on a bed), the quantity, the delivery city, and the warranty and installation terms. Send us the model, quantity and city through the quote form and we reply with a written quotation within one working day. Hospital projects and tenders are quoted per project.

Our Madinah factory holds SFDA local-manufacturer licence ML-2023-MD-0885, and our quality management system is certified to ISO 13485:2016 (certificate UKS-MDQMS-25-005, valid to January 2027), with a scope that covers hospital beds, hospital furniture and mortuary refrigerators. Products made in Madinah carry the Saudi Made mark. We send copies of the licence, the ISO certificate and product datasheets for your supplier file or tender submission.

Yes. In Saudi Arabia we are NUPCO-registered under supplier code 401663, with 33 line items awarded on framework NPT0027-24, including the F5 (MLH-01) and Santron (MLH-01S) electric beds and the MLC-05 and MLC-02 examination tables. Models outside the framework, such as the Santron Pro, are supplied by direct purchase or tender. We also supply the Saudi Ministry of Health, National Guard Health Affairs, and Egypt's Ministry of Health and Unified Procurement Authority.

No. We supply single units to a clinic or a family and full hospital projects of several hundred beds from the same range. Pricing improves with volume, and project quantities for a ward or tender are quoted per order rather than from a fixed price list. Send us the model and quantity for a written quotation.

Standard configurations from stock ship within 2–3 weeks. Made-to-order quantities for a full ward or hospital project typically take 6–10 weeks from confirmed order, depending on volume and finish. We confirm a firm date in writing with every quotation — we do not quote a range and then extend it.

Yes. Upholstery colour, side-rail type, castor size, mattress specification and branding can all be adjusted at the factory before shipment. For tender requirements that differ from our standard range, send us the technical specification and we will confirm in writing what we can build.

Yes. Delivery includes assembly, positioning in the ward and a handover session for nursing and biomedical staff, covering operation, cleaning and routine checks. There is no separate charge for standard installation, and warranty work is carried out by our own service teams in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

Two years on the structure and mechanism, one year on electrical components and actuators, against manufacturing defects in normal hospital use. Warranty work is carried out by our own service teams in Saudi Arabia and Egypt, not by a third party.

We do. As the manufacturer, we service HOSPIcare equipment with our own teams in Saudi Arabia and Egypt rather than through a third party. Spare parts are held locally, shipped from within the region and remain available for at least 10 years after a model is discontinued. Because the beds are manufactured in Madinah and Badr City rather than imported, there is no importer between you and the factory.
