Medica-Lab Group's products are manufactured under a certified ISO 13485:2016 quality management system — the international standard specific to medical devices — and HOSPIcare is licensed by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority as a local manufacturer, under licence ML-2023-MD-0885, with products carrying the Saudi Made mark.

These are not marketing badges; they are prerequisites. SFDA licensing as a local manufacturer requires an in-Kingdom production line, not just a distribution office, and NUPCO — the centralized procurement body for Saudi public healthcare — will not register a supplier without them. ISO 13485 covers everything from design controls to post-market surveillance, audited on a recurring basis.

Registered trademarks across the group's brand names give hospitals and distributors a way to verify they are dealing with the certified manufacturer, not a similarly named reseller — a distinction that matters in a market where brand names are sometimes copied.
