2002 — Joint stock company and a second factory of 5,000 m²

In 2002 the company became a joint stock company to prepare for further growth and opened its second factory with a total production area of 5,000 square meters.

The 2002 factory enabled Medica-lab® to expand its product portfolio by adding the manufacture of mortuary refrigerators and related equipment — the origin of today’s Preservus line.
