Frequently Asked Questions

Lead times, warranty, spare parts and installation — the questions procurement teams ask us most.

What is the lead time for an order?

Standard configurations from stock ship within 2–3 weeks. Made-to-order quantities for a full ward or hospital project typically take 6–10 weeks from confirmed order, depending on volume and finish. We confirm a firm date in writing with every quotation — we do not quote a range and then extend it.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We supply single units to clinics and full hospital projects of several hundred beds. Pricing improves with volume, and project quantities are quoted per tender.

What warranty do you provide?

Two years on the structure and mechanism, one year on electrical components and actuators, against manufacturing defects in normal hospital use. Warranty work is carried out by our own service teams in Saudi Arabia and Egypt, not by a third party.

Are spare parts available locally?

Yes. Because the beds are manufactured in Madinah and Badr City rather than imported, spare parts are held locally and shipped from within the region. Parts remain available for at least ten years after a model is discontinued.

Do you handle installation and staff training?

Yes. Delivery includes assembly, positioning in the ward, and a handover session for nursing and biomedical staff covering operation, cleaning and routine checks. There is no separate charge for standard installation.

Are your products SFDA registered?

Yes. Our Madinah factory holds SFDA local manufacturer licence ML-2023-MD-0885, our quality system is certified to ISO 13485:2016, and products carry the Saudi Made mark. We provide the full documentation set with tender submissions.

Can products be customised for our specification?

Yes. Upholstery colour, side-rail type, castor size, mattress specification and branding can all be adjusted. For tender requirements that differ from our standard range, send us the technical specification and we will confirm what we can build.

Do you supply against government tenders?

Yes. In Saudi Arabia we are NUPCO-registered under supplier code 401663, with 33 line items awarded on framework NPT0027-24 for medical furniture — including the F5 (MLH-01) and MEDcare Santron (MLH-01S) electric beds. Models outside the framework, such as the Santron Pro advanced ICU bed, are supplied against direct tenders. We also supply the Saudi Ministry of Health and National Guard Health Affairs, and in Egypt the Ministry of Health and the Unified Procurement Authority. Send us your tender line items and we confirm coverage model by model, in writing.
