Multi-Functional PRIME care Bed

The Multi-Functional PRIME care Bed (MLP-01) is the top model in the HOSPIcare in-patient range, on a 200 cm by 90 cm platform with a height that adjusts from 48 to 81 cm. It delivers multi-function electric positioning, rolls on high-endurance silent castors with strong brakes, and has removable ABS head and foot panels with a stainless steel IV pole.

The Multi-Functional PRIME care Bed (MLP-01) is rated to a safe working load of 200 kg, which covers most adult patients. For heavier patients, the bariatric MLP-11 and MLP-12 beds in the same Prime Care range are rated to 300 kg.

The MLP-01 can be ordered with six options: a backup battery, a CPR system, a radiolucent (X-ray translucent) backrest, under-bed lighting, a bed extension that lengthens the standard 200 cm platform, and central braking. None of them is fitted unless ordered, so list the ones your ward needs when you request a quotation.

Both share the 200 by 90 cm Prime Care platform, removable ABS head and foot panels, a stainless steel IV pole and the same six options. The MLP-01 offers multi-function electric positioning and a 48 to 81 cm height range, and comes with bumpers and a urine bag holder; the three-function MLP-02 adjusts from 43 to 78 cm. If your specification calls for a set number of functions, include it in your quotation request.

It depends on whether the optional backup battery is fitted: on the MLP-01 the battery is an option, not standard equipment, so specify it when you order if the bed must keep working through power cuts. A CPR system is also available as an option; include both in your quotation request if your ward needs them.
